Exciting and challenging position at global communications company running worldwide authority leadership marketing campaigns targeting top executive decision makers and small businesses.
Individual will be responsible for developing, executing, managing, and analyzing a full range of marketing programs/ initiatives (i.e. paid search advertising (SEM), web site optimization (SEO), interactive online marketing, CyberPR, online events, web conferences, on-demand webcasts, e-mail campaigns, database marketing, etc.) working with a bi-coastal team in Silicon Valley, New York and other offices globally.
This person will manage day-to-day relationships with clients and partners and will be responsible for managing on-going expansion of affinity organization campaigns, development of creative and copy, analyzing data, reporting results to executive staff.
Responsibilities:- Plan, track, measure, and analyze the performance of all e-marketing campaigns including paid inclusion, paid link and banner advertising and promotions.
- Direct all paid search and paid inclusion campaigns, including optimization of search engine ads, landing pages, and bids.
- Work with strategic partners to manage delivery of creative development and achieve predetermined program objectives for impact and participation.
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure effective client engagement, and execution on deliverables.
- Manage campaign-testing processes and audit of performance.
To achieve these goals, the Marketing Campaign Manager will need to be proficient in e-marketing, search engine optimization, partner performance measurement, web analytics resources and web technology. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate success in program management, and will have managed e-marketing campaigns directly. The successful candidate will be a team player, effectively use analytics and modeling to make decisions, be resourceful and a self-starter, and thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements/Experience:- Savvy online marketer with 3+ years marketing program management experience and 1+ year direct experience in e-marketing.
- Experience with negotiating and tracking partner participation and tracking partner performance.
- Must be skilled at analysis, data manipulation, and data presentation.
- Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
